A story-based adventure of resilience and empowerment. This class is part kundalini yoga + meditation, and part healing art. Each week we will move our bodies, learn a calming breath + meditation, and create a yogic craft together. 


PRENATAL /POSTNATAL KUNDALINI YOGA + MEDITATION

Ancient yogic practices to help you during your journey into motherhood - including the importance of the 120th day, conscious birthing techniques, and the sacred first 40 days postpartum.  I love the idea of combining prenatal and postnatal, because I believe we all have medicine for each other.  This class is community building and has time built in for (optional) group sharing and theme exploration.
